Adjust length according to your height
When going uphill, you can slightly decrease the pole length, which helps in climb. And for downhill, you can increase the length, so that it adds extra support. The height can be adjusted easily in few seconds using the Quick Lock 2.0 system. Just open the lock, adjust height and flip it back.
